Cannabis Facility Construction (CFC), a division of Mosaic Construction, is a national, industry leader in full-service cannabis facility design-build. As business development opportunities emerge in the rapidly growing cannabis industry, our customers rely on us to design-build facilities that are on time and within budget. Since 2015, we have built and are in-process on more than 90 cultivation facilities, processing & infusion centers, and dispensary projects in 14 states.

Cannabis Facility Construction is a leading cannabis industry design-build firm providing strategic planning, programming, architecture, engineering, and construction services for retail, cultivation, processing, infusion and manufacturing facilities in regulated cannabis markets across the United States.

Thanks to our longstanding relationships in the industry, we are able to provide turnkey services for all real estate and construction-related needs, from site assessments to zoning and permitting, equipment recommendations to security, and construction to certificates of occupancy. Our team supports the process along with other experts throughout the process.

Our Principal Leadership team led by Andy Poticha, Mike Frazin, and Ira Singer has decades of experience in construction, diverse operational and financial management, and architectural development. At CFC, we treat each project as if it were our own, and customer relationships are our number one priority. Committed to providing ongoing financial support to the ISCD Center, AFISCD empowers children and youth with physical disabilities from all backgrounds through sports. In addition to our annual support and sponsorship of the annual golf tournament, our principal Mike Frazin serves on the Board and organizes the annual fundraising poker tournament.

Bike the Parks is an event that supports the Parks Foundation of Highland Park, which is dedicated to the belief that every resident of the community deserves the opportunity for an enriched, healthy lifestyle. Cancer Wellness Center

The Cancer Wellness Center was started in 1989 in Skokie, Illinois, by three friends who were determined to build a reliable source of information and support for cancer survivors and others living with cancer.

Today the Center has grown and expanded its services to provide education, wellness services and psychosocial support to those impacted by cancer and their loved ones.

The Center For Enriched Living

CEL IS A Year-round social center for people of all ages with developmental disabilities. Principal Ira Singer is the Board Treasurer on the Executive Committee; we donate annually and to support special events such as the Golf Outing and Chef’s Night.

The Chicago Center

The Chicago Center strives to be there for every Jew on any and every day of their life from cradle to grave. It provides close to 50 programs that range from food pantries to father/son programs, first aid classes to housekeeping for those in need, all with the goal of enriching and uniting the community.

School Chest is Deerfield High School’s annual Charity Drive.  For over 50 years, the efforts of the Deerfield High School community have been synthesized to raise awareness and funds for a non-profit organization.  Each year, the student body selects an organization that demonstrates strong connections to the local area, is relatable to our students and provides volunteer opportunities, and is inspirational.
