Andy Poticha – Founder & CEO

Andy Poticha is Founder & CEO of Cannabis Facility Construction (CFC), a division of Mosaic Construction, a national design-build firm based in Northbrook, Illinois. Since 2015, Andy helped CFC become a national industry leader in full-service cannabis facility design-build working with multiple MSOs, independents and start-up cannabis companies across the country. Currently, CFC has built and is in-process of work on over 80 cultivation facilities, processing centers, and dispensary projects in 12 states.

With more than 30 years of design, sales and construction management experience, Andy understands the unique challenges facing cannabis business owners and investors. In addition to meeting compliance, regulatory, and operational requirements, CFC designs cultivation and processing centers that provide optimal conditions for indoor growing as well as productive working environments for the staff. CFC recognizes that dispensaries must create best in class retail experiences that focus on the end users while working within operational requirements, budgetary constraints and completion schedules.

Andy also devotes his personal time and efforts to several important charitable causes and organizations. His community leadership, industry designations, and professional affiliations include JUF Facilities Corporation Board Member; Chair of the Building Committee and Member of the Executive Committee of the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center.
