Brad has over 20 years of project experience in both the commercial and private sectors as well as all aspects of construction management and execution. Brad has completed projects that value from $1 million to $130 million which include real estate development, construction, interior renovation, overseas construction, and project execution in both urban and remote environments. Brad’s capabilities include managing financial forecasting, design collaboration, cost controls, project schedule management and execution of all phases of project management.

Brad also holds a lifetime National Contractor NASCLA Certification and Class B General Contractor License for South Carolina, North Carolina, West Virginia, Tennessee and Georgia.

In his off hours, Brad enjoys sailing the Great Lakes, biking river trails and leisure travel.
