Todd Gramly helps Mosaic continue to exceed client expectations as a Project Manager with more than 30 years of construction experience and knowledge. Todd began his career in the field before starting his own contracting company. He ultimately moved into the project management side of the business and became a site superintendent for single family and multifamily properties. Todd also has enhanced client and trade contractor relationship skills and project management experience with commercial, ground-up and tenant build-outs. He is a firm believer in anticipating client needs and closing the loop on open items so each project is being done the right way.

Todd loves playing golf and basketball, but his passion is working with kids as a sports coach and mentor. Todd lives in Crystal Lake with his wife and they are parents to three boys.
