Sharon Aleckson – Production Manager

Sharon provides critical internal support on every project from inception to completion for Mosaic Construction. Sharon achieves a smooth transition throughout the life of each project by ensuring constant communication and effective coordination among all trade partners, vendors, and clients. Previously, Sharon served as a Regional Director of Client Services for a national corporation and held roles providing on-site management of multifamily construction sites, developing and leading property management and leasing teams. Sharon lives by her motto: “Let’s slip into the customer’s’ shoes.” Extending a hand and quietly making a difference is what truly counts in Sharon’s life.

Sharon studied Psychology at Dominican University. Sharon has been recognized with the following Awards:

  • Captain’s Table Award – Voted Most Valued Adult Traveler by the shipboard community on the Semester at Sea Fall 2000 voyage
  • Picture This! Sharon was the lone amateur photographer invited into the Picture This! organization of professional photographers, a group formed to teach inner-city children how to document their lives through the lens of a camera. The traveling photographic exhibits raised money for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago and provided financial support for other local charities.
